Semester holiday begins.
Dan masalah kegemukan melanda.

NOOOO !
I won't let that happen.
And of course, people like me wants to lose weight in a short period.
So, I google to find ways on how to do that.
Well, the result is :
* macam biasa la...
1. Drink a lot of water.
2. Take less unhealthy food.
3. Work out.
4. Be a vegetarian.
Possible ke?
For the time being, I eat less rice.
Hope I can lose about 1 kg pun jd la..
Say no to FAT !
